The doors are also pad-lockable for added security (lock not included).

Good value for price paid. On a cement slab sitting in a fence in back yard. Took about 2 hours to assemble parts and then another 4 hours to construct. I did this by myself although another set of hands would have come in handy and cut down on some time. Overall very pleased with shed.

Low rating because the roof screws, washers where missing also wrong size door handle screws. Brought it out to camp and put it together there. Made do with what we had cause it wasn't coming back. So disappointed with this shed.

A: No. I installed 16 2'x2' pavers and built the shed on those. As long as its level, thats all that matters. A wood base is not required.
