I purchased one and there was no filter basket with it. I cant seem to find which one belongs in it, if anyone can help me out so i can purchase one. I would take back but lost the receipt and bought it last year. Thanks in advance if anyone could please help me out!

Q: Can you please link to the user manual? We can’t seem to set the clock (we’ve tried holding down the hour and minute already-doesn’t work) and my husband accidentally threw away the manual that came with the coffee maker.

Please contact Sunbeam® directly so we can assist you further with the instructions manual for the coffee maker. Also, to set the clock: 1. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The clock will flash on the control panel to indicate that the time has not been set yet. 2. Press and hold the hour and minute buttons until you reach the current time. The AM or PM indicator is at the left of the display. The clock is now set! Please note that pressing any button before setting the clock will cause the clock to start keeping time from 12:00 a.m. You must set the clock if you want to use the Delay Brew feature. You have 15 seconds to set the clock for the current time otherwise you must unplug the coffeemaker for 30 seconds to program the clock. We hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Q: How to "Clean" it? Hi, I bought this 9 months ago and love it, but the "Cleaning" red light is on, and I have misplaced the instruction manual. I tried running vinegar through it but the Cleaning light is still on. Can you provide details on how to "Clean" it.

A: Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your inquiry and we will be glad to help. Please follow the cleaning instructions for your Sunbeam Designer Programmable Coffee Maker below. 1. Pour 4 cups of undiluted white household vinegar into the water reservoir. 2. Place a paper filter into the filter basket and close. 3. Place empty decanter on the warming plate. 4. Turn the unit on and brew through only 3 cups of the vinegar and stop the unit by unplugging it or turning it off. Let the remaining vinegar stand for 30 minutes. 5. After 30 minutes, pour the vinegar from the decanter back into the coffee maker reservoir and place the empty decanter back on the warming plate. 6. Turn the coffee maker back on to let all the vinegar flow through. 7. When all the vinegar has flowed through, remove the paper filter and brew plain water until the vinegar odor is gone. To access and download the instruction manual, please click the "Service & Support" just on the top right from the Sunbeam website where you can find "Instruction Manuals".
