This clothes line divider well engineered with the little tabs that keep everything in place. I still use clothes pins to stop the divider from travelling. For the price you can go wrong.

Q: Are the tiny plastic pieces at either end supposed to snap off or do they stay in place to help keep clothesline tight? Mine snapped off but now when there is not enough weight on the line they end up in the grass.

A: I leave them in place as long as they’ll stay. All of them snap off soon enough. With laundry on the line, the weight will hold them in place with or without the plastic pieces. The advantage of these pieces is thsat the wind is less likely to blow them off with the pieces in place after you’ve taken the laundry off.
