I bought these on sale quite some time ago . There is nothing really good to say about these cameras except the battery life is good , I gather that its because it dose not take very many pictures due to an inadequate motion sensor . I Leave them up year round and they are quite unpredictable of if , and what , kind of photos, if any you are going to get . My battery cover broke right away also so now its taped shut . Day and night photos are blurry , if there is any even taken If you really want to catch wildlife or thieves or whatever look into getting a different set of cameras. These are really.... just disappointing

Bought these cameras, one memory card was no good. Set cameras up and never did get any pictures or did the cameras ever work.

Have had 2 for 4years one failed and on the secound the IR lights quit working because of the lead free solder dentites issue; bought two more on sale as they are a good deal for the price and photos and video are ok

I have many cameras. Bought these because the price was so good. They work very well. Easy to set up and program. Night shots are not that great. Work very well in the cold. Use P series security boxes NOT PX they do not fit. Which I wish CT would carry. For the price this is a great camera.

Q: I would like to know the quality of low light shots. I returned a Terra Cam where one serious defect was that in low light, like in a backyard with a few street lights near, photos were 80 to 100% over exposed.

A: The low light time phase is tough transition on game cameras as it tries to process light exposure from day to night. You can improve trail cam features including low light situations by utilizing best camera placement. Stealth Cam P12S series is a higher grade camera than the opening price point Terra cam and will outperform the Terra and process pictures and environmental situations much better. If you want to guarantee improved experience, Stealth Cam offers improved units that are built for tougher environmental situations. The G series that CTC also provides does an even better job of low light situations, trigger speeds and picture quality when the situation calls for it. It also has sound attached with video and is a NO GLOW infrared. Specific CTC stores also provide the Stealth Cam DS4K which is the industry’s first 4k cam and is 30mp camera. It is the best camera on the market and built specifically to perform in low light and tough situations when nothing else can.
