Dough hook stays in pan which is great

Ok, so I have had a number of breadmakers in the past, basic and cheaper. What I like about this one is the dough hook does not come out with the bread and load if the right size for a family of 3. Key as always is the yeast so pay attention to that. What I don't like is that the display does not stay lit and I can't see what it says, for that reason alone I would not buy again

Nice little breadmaker

Just baked 4x bread on it so far. 1x white, 3x wheat and so far so good. The nuts will almost always stay on the bottom but not a deal breaker. Will have to try out if it can do other bread like banana bread and brioche among other recipe found in the internet.

A: I would have to say NO. The bread machine makes the dough and then you either bake it in the bread machine or take the dough out and bake it traditionally.

Q: I ahve tried atleast 7 times but my bread doesn't rise , I am using baking powder as I am allergic to yeast ,, I really dont know what I am misisng

A: Use double-acting baking powder in your ingredients. Baking powder is made from baking soda and an acid (cream of tartar), so it will also give you the carbon dioxide reaction that yeast does. Double-acting baking powder will give you the best results. It releases carbon dioxide twice—first when it is mixed with the liquid ingredients in the recipe, and again when it is heated in the oven. Use only fresh baking powder, open containers only last six months.

A: I really don’t know. I always take the dough out of the bread maker split it into 2 pans let it rise then punch it down let it rise again and bake. That way I have 2 nice loaves of bread.

A: Yes, it can use any kind of bread flower. Essentially it does the work of kneeding for you and then bakes. You can even use it strictly for kneeding and remove the dough and bake in your own oven.

A: I would think so on the dough cycle. Maybe not either. Don't really know. I don't understand why pizza dough would want to be made in the bread machine. It is easy and quick to make by hand.
