amazing, bought an old pop tent, spray it on let it sit for a few minutes hose it down and gone. I also did it inside, just make sure it's well ventilated and rinse well because the fumes are a little strong but all the mildew and stains are gone. will buy again for sure

Had a bunch of old black stains on our trailers exterior. Sprayed this all over, and within minutes they were gone. I can't believe how well it worked. No scrubbing needed at all. Extremely pleased and will be purchasing more in the future to clean our awning with!

A: If it is a vinyl awning, I am sure it will remove mould and mildew stains. It was awesome on vinyl boat seats. I would ty it on a small area to start, spray on full strength.

A: Just spray or wipe Mildew Stain Remover on boat tops, vinyl cushions, vinyl chairs, vinyl canopies, tile, grout, shower stalls and curtains, mats, awnings, etc. Do not rinse until mildew stain disappears. Stubborn stains may require a second application and light scrubbing. Rinse well after use. Test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with overall cleaning.

A: I'm not sure if you found an answer to your question. I had the same question! I just checked Amazon (who is selling this for a much higher price, btw), and they claim you can use it in the bathroom: "Just spray or wipe Mildew Stain Remover on vinyl cushions, outdoor awnings, siding, gutters, garage doors, vinyl chairs, boat tops, tile, grout, bath mats, shower stalls and curtains, etc."

A: This product is safe for use on fiberglass, painted surfaces, rubber, plastic and vinyl headliners, bolsters and upholstery It is NOT recommended for use on fabric; test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with overall cleaning. It is a much safer alternative to using bleach, and can also be used around the home or in RVs wherever mildew stains are a problem.
