Q: what's the warranty for these work boots ?

A: If they have not been worn, with original proof of purchase, you have our standard 90 day return policy on them. If they are defective after wear, you have 60 days for an exchange.

A: A 10 should work for him , I wear size 11 in most shoes and they fit true to that for me.
