Seemed like a good idea

I didn't have problems with pole but I did have with the thread for the clips. I had fastened the clips with cable ties to the lights but it was difficult to get the end into the clips. The clips break as I don't think they designed for cold weather. I'm looking for a new system.

The sections of the pole don't lock properly and slide. Unless you duct tape the thing it doesn't work.

do not buy this

Got one light up when the pole snapped in half. The joint between the expanding pieces is garbage. I returned it, thinking perhaps it had been defective as the whole metal joint pulled free. Second pole was just as flimsy. Only good thing about the kit were the clips, they attach over the gutters very well; when you do it yourself with a ladder.

je viens de l'acheté hier, ça durée que quelque heure et déjà il est briser... mais par coût de chance mon balai fit a la perfection avec l'autre manche.. car c'est le 1er manche au bout qui a casser... l'autre celui que on vise les petit support a lumière est intact... (voir mes image ) ne vous empéchez pas de l'acheter car il est quand-même pratique...

As previous review states we only put 2 clips up when the pole snapped at the joint. We will be returning it to Canadian tire for a full refund. This is one handy dandy tool that DOES NOT do the job as advertised. Use a ladder everyone.
