Here is the response after she says the camera I have is a 3G when it says 4G on the front... pretty sure 4G is LTE and I don't think it's being taken down, unless she's implying that they've just stopped supporting them with spypoint as a company and not referring to the cell towers... I asked REPEATEDLY to cancel my subscription and she keeps telling me that I can get $40 off a new camera LOL. I HAD TO HANG UP AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. RIGHT AFTER I HUNG UP SHE SENDS ME THIS EMAIL WHICH CONFIRMS THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you for reaching Spypoint, and letting us know about your experience with us. Our call got disconnected earlier. We truly value you as a customer and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We appreciate your time and we know that you are very frustrated. I just want you to know that your LINK CT camera is part of 3G/4G shutdown. Since you are one of our valued customer, you are still part of the 3G/4G discount program.
