This 11 x 11' trampoline will literally have you jumping for joy - for fun, for fitness, and for safety. It's from Springfree, and as its name implies - there are no springs, or hard metal frames. Q: How do you decide the size of trampoline that best suits you? Space and price are not determining factors

A: Hi there, good question. Our family has the oval trampoline and our neighbours just purchased the large square trampoline from Canadian Tire. We love both trampolines and the main determining factors for us were (1) size of backyard and (2) number and age of kids who will use the trampoline. Our yard is longer and more narrow, so we chose the oval, it fit perfectly. Funny enough our neighbour has more of a square yard and they wanted a larger trampoline so they bought the Springfree square. We also learned an interesting fact about jumping sweet spots on trampolines. My wife did some research and apparently in traditional round trampolines, there is only one sweet spot, right in the middle. With the Springfree oval trampoline there are 2 sweet spots and then there are 5 with the Springfree square. That's an important factor to know because if you ever have more than one kid on the trampoline at the same time, then multiple sweet spots will help them stay away from each other and be safer. I like Springfree because they offer many different shapes/sizes to choose from, so you can almost customize the shape that works best for you and your family.

Q: How much space do you need in total for this trampoline? I have a small patio that possibly can fit this trampoline. But before I buy it I need to know how much space (in feet) I need.

Q: How do I repair a broken zipper? The zipper on the doorway has broken - can it be repaired or replaced?

A: The zipper itself likely cannot be repaired or replaced. We would suggest contacting the supplier, Springfree (1-866-899-7370). You may be able to purchase the netting (with a zipper).

Q: Height of surface & ease of entry How high off the ground is the jumping surface? The photos make it look like it could be somewhat difficult for a younger child to get into the trampoline.

A: The trampoline is approximately 3 to 3 ½ feet off the ground, depending on the model. Our Research and Development team have determined that having this height range ensures an optimum jumping experience. At times, it can be difficult for younger kids (and even adults) to get in and out of the trampoline but using the FlexrStep, which is designed specifically for our trampolines, will take care of this concern.

Q: how much does it weigh? can it be easily moved when cutting the lawn?

A: Please see the vendor's response below: The total weight of the 11x11 ft. Large Square is 288 lbs. We do offer Shifting Wheels which simplify the task. The Shifting Wheels make it easy for one adult to shift and move the trampoline when yard work needs to be done. The wheels slip easily under the legs to make moving your Springfree Trampoline a quick and easy task. Without the Shifting Wheels, the trampoline can be moved easily by two adults for lawn maintenance.

Q: Can this trampoline be recessed in a dug hole so that the top is almost level with the yard's grass? I have seen pictures of recessed trampolines online.

A: The Springfree Trampoline can be recessed into the ground and we do have specific dimensions and instructions on how to do so. That being said, with the Springfree, only the frame can be recessed. Because our mat rod technology “bows” outwards, the jumping surface cannot be perfectly level with the ground. We have attached a photo of a recessed Springfree for your review. Q: Is this easy to disassemble? We would like to store it for the winter rather than leaving it out in the elements. We have the 11 x 11 model. On the farm we have a large heated shop.
