    Solid bike

    Really enjoying this bike. It was pretty easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. I have been using it regularly for several months, about 75 rides and the bike still works very well. It's a quiet ride also. Heavier family members have used it no problem. I like that it has both toe cages (that my family uses) and SPD clips (for me). The only downside is that the display is regularly unreliable (RPM, calories, sometimes the whole display doesn't work). I don't use the display, so still gave it 5 stars.

    I've been looking for a spin bike for the last month and a good one is hard to come by. Curbside pick up at the Stoney Creek Mountain location was very easy and quick. Installation was also easy. I'll report back after some usage to see if it warrants a 5 star review.

    I bought this bike couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with the quality, durability and quality of this bike. I am a professional spinner and due to COVID19 we are all quarantine no gym, so I had to get a bike, so my final were either this (which I got on special) or a used one. I don’t regret my purchase and I recommend it

    Q: We are having trouble attaching the cadence sensor with the zip ties... there are no holes on the sensor for the zip ties to go through?

    • A: Please note the attached photo and diagram from the owner’s manual that is available on our website here: https://spinning.com/spinning-bio-hr-wireless-computer/ It's suspected that you lost or discarded the bracket that mounts to the computer that Is zip tied to the fork.

    Q: What kind of cycling shoes will this work with? I use Giro with cleats on the bottom.

    • A: The L5 pedals are SPD compatible so the customer will need a mountain bike shoe (a raised tread on the bottom) with an SPD compatible cleat. It’s hard to know from the question the type of shoe that is being used (road with a flat bottom or mountain with a raised sole) and the type of cleat that is attached to the bottom. The correct SPD cleat that works with the L5 looks like this:
