Really useful for every athlete

Hello, everybody! I hasten to share with you my experience of using this excellent thing,I mean the agility ladder, which can improve your skills of playing football, for example. Recently, I became a central striker in the national team of my University. My trainer still don't want me to be on this position, but I show him the best result among my partners on every training that we have. So, he just has no reason to change his solution. I am sure, that the result increases every day due to this ladder. I bought it 4 months ago and did exercises 3 times per week. And after 2 months I began pay on the most responsible position in my team. I also reccomend this ladder for every one!

Q: What is actual length ? Is the actual length truly 4 feet ? That seems short for a 10-rung ladder. Thank you.
