    Remote works well. Another 18 to 24 inches in length would help.

    I was not able to speak with the order/technical department after over 1/2 dozen attempts over a period of a week. I finally got through by selecting the accounting department and the young fella was very accommodating and was able to get me the answers to my technical questions. I ended up making the order for the part and it was handled by them very well!

    A good thing to have in case your remote control or it's batteries fail. Plug right in to the 4 pin connector.
