I bought this product A few weeks ago just put together and I was hoping it was gonna be a heavy duty tarp but from what I was told they only last one to two years then their garbage and a replacement tarp for them Canadian tire don't Stalk them and to buy from that company that makes them as more money than what the shelter is worth so hopefully Canadian tire can start stocking the replacement Tarp So if I do have any problems in a year or two I can buy it directly from Canadian tire since they are a dealer for this company So far not very happy wish I didn't purchase

Shelter is garbage. Less than 1 year old and the tarp is already failing, it’s thinning from the sun/weather and is starting to leak already. I will have to buy a tarp to put over it to get it me through the winter. Very expensive shelter to only get 1 year use out of it. What a piece of sh.t

12x24x8 garage in a box GARBAGE!!!

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this garbage. Bought it summer of 2025. Now the roof is completely ripped apart. It started with a tiny hole on the peak, gradually became larger, then we got a windstorm that ripped the roof completely. While removing it, the fabric was brittle and disintegrates in my hand. Very poor quality.

No, I do not recommend this product.

GREAT BUT MEH, ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT

i bought this a couple years ago to store my boat over the winter. I was very pleased with the product at first, however this year i've noticed the sides have started to tear horizontaly. the one side has 3 very large tears in it and there are more starting to form closer to the top. it only comes with 90 days warranty from the manufacturer so that doesn't help me at all. now i have to fork out a bunch of money to either get a new top for it or keep buying tarps to cover it and find some way to stop the tears from getting larger. why can't they make these tops actually "rip stop" like they boast i ther product description? they cost enough to buy already so stop using cheap inferior materials for the covers. also they should come pre-made with ventilation already. why would they not include that already? other than those 2 major issues i am satisfied with the shelter overall. they do a great job keeping the weather off of whatever youre storing (minus the drips from condensation that is). they are plenty stable if you anchor them properly and keep the door closed during high winds and assembly is not terrible with a helper.

  • A: Snow has never been a problem. The problem I had was the damage caused by the sun. It was many years when I bought a high-quality tarp, which solved the problem of the roof. The door was another problem.

  • A: the cover on mine lasted almost 2 years then started to tear. its very fragile now and i can put my finger through it in some spots. its definitely not worth the $1000 they want for it. im glad i paid half price for mine when i bought it.

Q: my truck is 1989 f350 dually long box 22' long and less than 8' wide at fenders according to our measurements it should fit in your 12x24x8 model #037-0704-0. I bought it at Canadian Tire in Dawson Creek and they figurer it would fit. your thoughts??

  • A: Both ends can be opened, but designed to have one end open and one as a back wall. Easy to set up and great instructions. I'm sure mine is over the warranty now...but I noticed the protective silver/grey coating is coming off at the top of the structure whee the sun hits it the most. I have not asked if they can help me with this issue.

  • A: I am pretty sure it comes with 8 auger type, I bought a few more. Also I purchased 4 rachet straps and angled them on the corners, from the ground to the middle steel rail to take out the racking.

  • A: Yes it does have anchors and they are good. But I went a step further using 4 Cement blocks And for Tie Downs. Hanging from the middle supports Bar 4' off the ground In the 2nd horizontal bar from the front end of the back. Leaving the cement block about 6" off the ground creating a downward pressure. And secure it to the bottom|. Never had a problem with wind or Winter.
