Pump works but not very strong!

Pump is okay but not what we expected. It's definitely weak on the flow side and we have a tiny pool too (8ft round). Other than that, I like that we can still put chlorine pucks in the pump for distribution.

J'ai une piscine de 5pieds et cette pompe est sensé être pour des piscine allant jusqu'à 12pieds, malheureusement elle n'a aucune puissance, elle ne pousse tellement pas l'eau que même en la laissant tournée 24h/7 la piscine reste salle. Bref je ne recommande pas dutout ce produit.

La pompe n'est pas très forte, mais en la laissant toujours fonctionner, on peut arriver à nettoyer l'eau et la garder pas si pire. Le problème est au niveau du filtre de type D, je n'en trouve nul part.

The kit should have everything you need to connect the pump to a liner with two small holes. Q: What diameter of pool outlet/inlet do the hoses that come with this unit fit?

A: The hose diameter that come with 0810192 is 1.5” which however can fit all current quick set pool(inlet &outlet diameter being 1.25”)

A: Dear Valued Consumer, Thank you for an excellent question. Included in the Simple-Set Pump kit are two parts for isolating the pump from the pool. One part is the 'suction cap fitting', part #5 in the product manual. This part covers the suction fitting on the inside of the pool. The other piece is the 'RF plug' or 'service plug', part #8 in the product manual. This part looks like a small rubber top hat sized for a cat and inserts into the pump's water return line, inside the pool, behind the return fitting diverter. Page #12 in the product manual illustrates how to use these parts. Please note you do not need to plug the pump whenever the pump is not turned on. Generally the plugs are used only when performing maintenance on the filter canister, such as changing filters.
