J’ai acheté cet article à l’mi-avril, et vu qu’il faisait froid et que ça descendait encore sous zéro, je ne l’avais pas essayé pour ne pas la briser par le gel. Je l’ai essayé 34 jours plus tard après l’achat pour me rendre compte que la pression n’est vraiment pas satisfaisante, elle ne coupe même pas un brin d’herbe sur un morceau de ciment alors j’ai essayé de retourner l’article chez Canadian Tire pour me faire rembourser ou faire un échange et ils l’ont refusé car la boîte était ouverte et le délais de 30 jours était dépassée. J’ai appelé la compagnie simoniz ils ont refusé eux aussi. Je suis très insatisfait de ce produit et du service à la clientèle de Canadian Tire et de simoniz.
