Overheats after 10 minutes

Bought this less than a year ago because it said it was great for pet hair, and the reviews seemed good. We have a large dog and a cat so obviously need something that can keep up. This is by far the worst vacuum I have ever owned. It overheats after like 10 minutes, so maybe 1 room worth of time, and then you have to wait a least an hour for it to cool down before you can use it again. What a stupid design. Would definitely not recommend and super annoyed I spent money on it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great vacuum

Got the shark stick vacuum to replace our dyson ball vacuum, which is just to heavy to use especially on the stairs but this shark vacuum is lightweight to use picks up well and great for the stairs.

Q: Is this vacuum noisy? I bought it today and when I used it, it was really noisy. The vacuum I bought today is much louder than I expected. Is there something wrong with it?
