Great Suction

Bought the Ultralight PetPro a few weeks ago, so far it's been good. It has great suction for my carpets. I do love that the top part comes off for easy small space cleaning, like example stairs or countertops etc. I find that even though it states light weight, I find it's a bit heavier than my old canister style vacuum.

A good vacuum for the money with strong suction on carpets and it’s a good size to do stairs. The plastic used in the vacuum makes it feel not very solid but it makes it light to carry and push around.

However, our team really cares about the experience and comfort of our customers, so this should not be overly loud or disturbing.

Q: Is this vacuum noisy? I bought it today and when I used it, it was really noisy. The vacuum I bought today is much louder than I expected. Is there something wrong with it?
