Overheats after 10 minutes

Bought this less than a year ago because it said it was great for pet hair, and the reviews seemed good. We have a large dog and a cat so obviously need something that can keep up. This is by far the worst vacuum I have ever owned. It overheats after like 10 minutes, so maybe 1 room worth of time, and then you have to wait a least an hour for it to cool down before you can use it again. What a stupid design. Would definitely not recommend and super annoyed I spent money on it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

However, our team really cares about the experience and comfort of our customers, so this should not be overly loud or disturbing.

Q: Is this vacuum noisy? I bought it today and when I used it, it was really noisy. The vacuum I bought today is much louder than I expected. Is there something wrong with it?
