Great vacuum!

I love my Shark self emptying robot vacuum. I've had this product for around six years and it has made my life easier! I named my vacuum Oscar. I rely on this product after a long work day. Anything on the ground it picks it up with ease. It leaves clean lines in the carpet. I love seeing this. The self emptying feature has never failed. The canister holds a good amount and emptying it is effortless. There is a small window on the canister so you can view the level of dirt, which is satisfying. love how Oscar cleans under beds and moves through corners with no issues. I can't recommend Shark products enough. Six years is a long time for a productive product these days.

Can’t live without it!

I love my shark almost as much as I love my children. I just can’t underscore how much this little vacuum takes off my plate as far as cleaning. The self contained vacuum dust storage means I don’t have to bend over and constantly unload the dust trap. The mapping technology is great. I have kept all of my sharks as the technology has upgraded. I still have my original, that I use for my upstairs, she squeaks and bumps, but still works so well. We’re a no shoes house, and I’m mostly barefoot with little children and I hate the feeling of dirt/debris on my feet. I have one for my Florida house bc of all the sand. Nothing comes closer to helping me maintain my home like my Sharks ( who all have fun names and can be operated by the app remotely too).

I am so happy with my Shark Robot vacuum! As a busy mom, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It does a great job picking up everyday dirt, dust, crumbs, and pet hair. I love that I can schedule cleanings through the app and let it do its thing while I’m busy. The self- emptying base is a game changer. I don’t have to constantly empty the dust bin after every cleaning, which saves a lot of time. It’s navigates very well around the house and goes under under furniture and keeps everything in tip top shape. What impressed me the most is how much dirt it finds even when I think my floors are already already clean! The battery life is great and it’s much quieter than I expected. If you’re on the fence about getting a robot vacuum, I highly recommend the Shark model. It’s convenient, reliable, and makes keeping up with daily cleaning much easier. I honestly wish I had gotten one sooner.

Q: Mon robot ne fait pas le tour de la maison. Il s'arrête en plein milieu et veut retrouver sa charge. Aussi, il ne va pas toujours en ligne verticale. Il peut aller n'importe comment dans la pièce donc laisse des débris par terre. Vos conseils?

  • A: Bonjour à vous, Premièrement vérifier si la programmation de la vidange à chaque 30 minutes ne serai pas activée dans l’application, si c’est le cas (décocher). Ensuite cocher programmation prolongée le robot travaillera jusqu’à ne plus avoir de batterie et retournera à son socle ensuite pour la vidange et le rechargement. Deuxièmement, le robot ne doit jamais être soulevé lorsqu’il est en fonction sinon la programmation sera alors interrompue à chaque fois et le robot sera désorienté, le seul moment où vous pouvez le levé est lorsqu’il est en mode veille.   Troisièmement, ce robot est programmé pour effectuer un passage complet de chacune des pièces de votre résidence, une map ce forme dans l’application fur a mesure que le robot avance lorsqu’il a fini une pièce il cherche à trouver les endroits où il a moins bien passé pour terminer son travail.
