Love my Navigator!!!

This is my first robot vacuum. It’s got limitations but so do I 😬. I’ve been running mine everyday for a couple of months now. I’m so impressed!!! It’s does great and the app works well. I just have the Navigator, but I can see a mop in my future if this experience continues.

Doesn’t last!

Mine worked wonderful for about 10 months. I changed all the replacement parts is still doesn’t help. It doesn’t empty at hair into the bin and it just stops mid room and it isn’t because the battery is low!!!
No, I do not recommend this product.

The never stuck technology isn’t accurate at all. It also doesn’t work with the mapping no matter how many times we redo it. I’ve paid a lot less for other brands that worked better. I really love this brand so, I was severely let down with this purchase. I bought two air filters and this all at once. I have many many Shark and Ninja products from about 20yrs of being loyal to them, but I was so saddened with this one.

Software update broke what was a great robot

This vacuum worked great for 2 months but then in Sept 2025 Shark pushed out a software update that broke connectivity with Google Home, Home Assistant, Amazon Alexa, etc. The only way to schedule individual rooms is through one of these assistants and now it has been broken for a month (so far).
We mainly used voice commands to operate the robot, and now we haven't been able to do that for a month (so far). I have never had a physical appliance broken by a software update from a company before. It is ridiculous that it's taking so long to fix the problem, and wild that they did not simply roll back the software to the version that worked properly. I can't imagine buying Shark again after this debacle.
No, I do not recommend this product.
