I own a Shark ZU102 Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and absolutely love it. I was looking for a handheld vacuum with similar technology for my car. This seemed to be the closest and it was on sale at a local store so I picked one up. HUGE disappointment. The suction isn't very powerful and it barely removes pet hair. I ended up having to bring my vacuum outside to clean my car. I guess Shark products are a hit or miss.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Definitely one of the quieter ones I’ve tried, which have been a few. And better too, I’d not be without my shark handheld now! I have wood heat & a cat, in a small house, so I vacuum sawdust & litter 2-3 times a day,.. it’s wonderful! Add the brush, collect the rest of the car hair, if any!

A: Yes. the Shark UltraCyclone X2 Pro Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner, 10.8V has a dustcup that needs to be emptied. Filters may need to be cleaned if the vacuum is not picking up dirt, if airflow is restricted, or if you notice lighter or no suction. To maintain optimal performance, periodically tap the filter clean. Every 3 months, rinse the filter with water only. Allow it air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
