Not able to use it yet

Problems first can’t charge the battery so we are returning it hopefully to exchange second couldn’t download English Manuel had to use Google to find it one third I understand why there are no labeling on the many controls but found it difficult to understand I guess not having a manual early in maybe the cause

Constant Issues

From the motor to the dust cup, I've had several issues with this vacuum. Shark did replace the dust cup when needed but when the motor went I decided to ditch this vacuum altogether.

Loved the essence of use and that it worked on bird fluff which is lighter than dust. However, it did not work on my great Pyrenees dogs hair and does not have a dusting brush. I returned it!

Ok features and battery life

We bought this vacuum about 3weeks ago so far good vacuum battery is long lasting but sometimes does not recognize carpet right away ??? Not sure about that ! My previous Shark model this one recognized it right away! So other than that it’s a pretty good vacuum,, let’s see a few months from now!!

Q: The Shark website says this same vacuum has 4 deep cleaning technologies, while this one states 3. Only difference I can find is the “Light Detect” feature. Does this one have a light? Is this the only difference? I have called Shark and they are unsure.

  • A: I'm not an employee with actual product knowledge, I was just comparing vacuums and reading reviews. I'm assuming you are referring to the 1.3L vacuum model as the one have. If so, that model has 3 levels of deep cleaning while the Shark Cordless Detect Pro Stick Vacuum 2L Auto-Empty System has 4 levels of deep cleaning. Hopefully, that solves the mystery :)
