I am yet to receive my product despite paying fully for it and paying for next day delivery. I bought the product online since Jan 18, 2026. The dispatch driver did not drop the vacuum cleaner , there is photo evidence that he clearly did not drop it. Your website showed delivered??????? to where exactly. My rating should be below 1 but Zero is not there. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Satisfied with what I got

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This vacuum is great for small spaces and quick vacuuming after a mess. I love the power detect, the self empty option and the fact that it’s cordless. The lights show you all the dirt you need to remove and the edge detect gets the hidden dirt. I will say that whenever the edge is a centimetre or so off the ground, it doesn’t detect it. My home is a two story decently sized house and so I can’t vacuum the entire house all at one once since the battery life doesn’t last it. So if you really want to be one and done when vacuuming, the Shark® Cordless PowerDetect™ Clean & Empty System is a better choice. It’s the most expensive shark cordless vacuum (in 2025), with the best battery life.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Auto empty has great intentions but vacuum sucks

This vacuume has good intentions but it’s junk the hole is to small on the carpet attachment. The suction is a joke you have to go over everything 4 to 5 times. That’s due to the hole plugging super fast. Also you can’t clean it. The thing is impossible to clean. The auto empty is great that’s what sold me this vacuum but there is a bad down side to it. The magnet that closes the lid afterwards fills with small metal partials there fore makes the lid impossible to close. I would not recommend this product. If you plan on using it for a long time.

Better than imagined! We had Dyson for years and hate them so much. Shark is so much better! The price, the quality and craftsmanship. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacuum.
