Excellent product. comfortable, cool, and extremely well made. This is the second one.I've purchased 1 for this bear room and one from my daughter's room. If I find a king size one for sale.I think I'll buy that one too for myself.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SERTA!!

The mattress never inflated and the ends are still crushed even months later. I reached out to Serta three times for them to honour their trial period with no response, they are completely unreachable. Terrible mattress and even worse customer service. Now i guess I’m stuck with a defective mattress that can’t be slept on.

No, I do not recommend this product.
