No Customer Support, Just like the mattress

I purchased this mattress a while ago and would be comfortable for some for sure. I cant use it because of a spinal situation and there is not enough support. But I would strongly encourage you to not buy this product because the SERTA Simmons support in Canada is basically non existent. This bed came with a guarantee, or a 100 day trial that said "if you don't love it, we will refund your money". I have worked for days to get them to honour their trial offer. Everything is routed through the US first. It is terrible and I dont wish this on anyone else.

A: It does not. I have a bamboo mattress protector on top of hit (look like a normal sheet) and it’s comfy. I have a king size chinook in my guest bedroom at home and in the master at the cottage and I like it.

Q: How many inches long and wide is the Serra Chinook mattress? I need approximately 64 wide by 80 long

A: Mine appears to be 75” x 52”. I replaced a standard double mattress with this and it fit perfectly
