All's well that ends well

This is an important part of my purchase of an electric snow shovel. Unfortunately when I ordered the shovel, they included the wrong part to go with it. Return of the larger part was quite simple. One clerk (Courtney, I believe) looked up the shovel and found the correct scraper blade for me. I applaud her initiative. Apparently she is a new employee, and wasn't sure how to do the search, but she persevered and was successful. Great job, Courtney!
