Q: Can an antenna be screwed into the end that doesn't have the head on it? It says it is also a replacement which makes you believe it's a complete replacement cable.

A: The EXT48F antenna extension cable has a male to female Motorola style antenna connector. It does not offer any threads that you can screw an antenna connection onto.
