Good value & function

It works well for a reasonable price, especially when on sale. The build quality seems good. I like how it is one peice and doesn't have a flexible head on it; those tend to break after a year or two. As with most of them, the output volume is fairly low, so you have to turn your radio nearly all the way up for a good volume in louder driving conditions, but the audio is quite clear with minimal static. If it is connected with no music playing, the static is noticeable, but when a song is on, I generally can't hear any interference.
The only issue, and maybe my phone has something to do with it, is occasionally it disconnects the bluetooth for no reason. It then reconnects fairly quickly, so it's not a big deal, but a little annoying.
A friend and I both have one, and they both do a good job overall. I would buy one again if necessary.

Works well

This was a great alternative to buy a new stereo for my 12 yr old truck. That said, it there is a lot of background noise.

Q: So with all the static concerns, is it that annoying or can you change channels to reduce or get rid of it? Sounds like whistling is a defect, according to customer service responses. I’m actually glad to see customer service actually responded. Nice.

A: It's actually not that bad, at least in my car, and I use it all the time. I've found having your phone volume all the way up and adjusting the volume accordingly with the radio gets the best results
