The pads fit fine and the helmet does the job, but the plastic cover of if fell off fairly fast, leaving my child with a white styraphome hat.

Q: Is this small enough to fit a 2 year old? For what ages is this helmet good for? Does it include foam or other types of inserts to ensure the helmet is snug ?

A: Based on the size, this helmet will fit boys/girls head circumference of 18 3/8-19 11/16" (46-50cm). We would suggest you visit your local Canadian Tire store and try them on for size to see which one is suitable for your child. It does include customizing pads.
