Most Uncomfortable Seat

This bike is the perfect size for a small house and for a couple of small statured older people. Finally have found a piece of exercise equipment my husband will actually use. Perfect for upper and lower body low impact exercise. The only complaint is the VERY uncomfortable seat.

Because of the pandemic I had become pretty inactive. I was looking for some ways to change that. Being a senior I felt my health was heading in the wrong direction. I purchased this stationary bike because of Schwinns' reputation for quality. I absolutely love it! I've been able to use it throughout the day and slowly build up to longer periods of time. It's comfortable and easy to use and move around. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. It took me just under 2 hours to put together on my own with the tools provided.

The seat is extremely uncomfortable and you can't upgrade without buying an adapter made by someone else and then there's the cost of buying a other seat. Otherwise, really like the bike. It would be nice when purchasing you offered other options for an upgrade for seat. Also I sent an email asking if you offered any kind of upgrade for seat and never received a reply back. Had to research myself to find out nothing is offered for seat upgrade. Poor customer service.
