Terrible filing cabinet

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone its a bad design it can hold many files but you can't access them since the drawer doesn't come out very far.

Everything went fine until you try and put the drawers in. Holes are off. Won't slide in our out without problems. Too many parts. Very time consuming to put together.

Looks good but not funtional

Build quality is cheap. More fastners hold the feet on than hold the whole structure together. Bottom drawer only slides out 3/4 of the way so you'll have to dig in the back to get your files. The top is not screwed on so if you lift it from only there get ready for a surprise! But it looks good.

I really dislike metal filing cabinets, so when I saw these, I bought 2! Hubby put them together with no issues, and they look great. The drawers pull out all the way and they slide well. The colout was a touch more red than I expected, but still a nice cabinet.

Q: Is the back finished? This will be in a spot where the back of the unit will be visible - is the back nice/finished, or is it just raw unfinished wood/wood-like material?

Q: The height measurement for this unit says 23"H. Does this include the height of the casters? If not, how high are the castors?

A: Height listed is the assembled unit with castors. The castors contribute to a little over 2 inches to the height so without them it would be about 21"
