Need to mix well.
1000 square feet coverage dependent on how rough or smooth your surface is.
I would suggest a squeegee instead of a roller to apply on rougher surfaces.

This is a good product that my family has used multiple times and we like the natural look. It does take more than the three buckets suggested to cover our fairly smooth driveway. Unfortunately, unit price has risen significantly over the past few years and we may have to look at other brands if it continues to soar.

A: I just did 900 sqft and it took every bit of 3 full pails, I'd buy 8 pails if I was doing 2000 sqft. My driveway was a typical driveway with asphalt cement erosion, etc. nothing crazy and I spent a lot of time crack filling beforehand. 1 pail does not cover 1500 sq ft, "canadiantireteam" is completely out to lunch.

Q: Does this stuff expire? I had a pail in the garage for a couple years.

A: There is no expiry date published that I know of, but I suspect it would be fine as long as it wasn’t allowed to freeze. It’s good for 5 years after applying so I expect shef life would be at least that

Q: Is this product water soluble or can it be thinned out with water?

A: I read that it should be applied to damp surface but no standing water. Applied one pay last summer and a second coat this summer. May as well use it up if the shelf life is only one year.

A: it appears to have bonded very well to my previous sealer applied 4 years prior. I pressure washed the surface the night before applying to make sure the surface was very clean.

A: My recollection is that you could walk on it in about 3 hours. As fornparking your car it is best to wait 24 hours. Possiblynlinger if you apply in really hot weather, (not recommended).
