Warms up the room quickly

I bought this fireplace on sale and thought it would be fairly low quality because of the cheap price I paid. I was pleasantly surprised - it warms up the room very quickly and while the "light show" is quite fake (the fake flames), it does what it needs to do reliably so I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this fireplace at Xmas time and I love it, My TV fits perfectly on top and when there is a chill in the room This fire place warms up the whole room in ten minutes.

Great electric fireplace for the price.

I bought this fireplace about two years ago on sale and at first look out of the box I figured that it was going to be a very cheap quality electric fireplace. I was very surprised once I had finished assembling the fireplace to find out that in fact it was very sturdy and very well built! When I first turned the fireplace on, I noticed that the heaters motor was a little noisy, but after about fifteen minutes of running the heater it quieted down significantly, it also heated up our living room ( 300 sq feet) very quickly. Over the past two years I have ran the fireplace's motor/lighting system quite a bit and I have had no problems whatsoever so far ( *knock on wood#. The only disagreeable feature that the fireplace is lacking in my opinion, is a remote control operating system for the lighting/heating system#s). Then again I suppose that you get what you pay for and at this price for an electric fireplace of this quality and size, I really cannot complain too much. An all around very sturdy,voluminous well built electric fireplace.

Not too happy

I bought the Roman Storage Fireplace about a year and half to two years ago and the switch has gone twice on it now. I replaced it once it worked perfectly fine for about 6 months and then stopped working again. Love the size and look of the fireplace but not happy with the mechanics of it.

Très beau foyer réaliste dans un meuble de très bonne qualité. Deux tablettes profonde et large de chaque côtés. Foyer fonctionne avec ou sans chaleur un must. Deux modes de chauffage demi et pleine puissance. Chauffage rapide d'une grande pièce. Silencieux et agréable à regarder.

A: With the heat turned on, the fireplace is using 750 watts on low and 1500 watts on high Using average Canadian electricity rates; Without heat (flame only) is approx. $0.03/hr With heat & flame on high is approx. $0.08/hr In comparison, a gas fireplace is approx. $0.17/
