Excellent, durable pan

This is the third Rock pan that we have purchased. We use them regularly for family meals and they are very durable, easy to clean and cook evenly. Very durable non-stick surface - we always use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratches and that does the trick. We saved our large pan lid from a previous pan, and it fits perfectly.

A: I agree with Compufly. Heritage The Rock is a premium product. I have the 12 inch frying pan and it's the best cookware item I own. It surpasses my expectations no matter the size of mess I make. I've given it as wedding and housewarming gifts and am getting one for my mother-in-law for the holidays. How it compares to the Starfrit version, I'm not sure but I can't see how the pan I have can be anywhere close in category to that budget brand.

A: Not sure the capacity I can give U measurements so U can figure out the capacity. Its a big frying pan for sure........3.5" high.....10" across by the measurements - it holds a lot of food! My experience - it's heavy but wud I buy it again.....for sure, it's skookum! good luck, I'm extremely pleased with the pan - very heavy
