We bought a 2018 Acadia a few months ago, a friend suggested Rislone Engine Treatment to help keep the motor working well. After the second bottle my engine runs smoother I'm very happy they suggested it and my husband put it in the Engine. I'm a happy customer using Rislone in our vehicles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works good If you have an older vehicle that's sludged up and you don't want to use flush or transmission fluid because you're afraid it'll break too much free and clog it up This will go through your lifters and slowly clean all that out and work with a detergents without breaking big chunks free and clogging it up worse

Back in the 90's purchased Rislone engine Treatment my engine had a light knock. The knock went away for three years, until that engine blow a rod out of the bottom of the oil pan. The engine was shaking profusely, but still running.

  • A: Check with manufacturers I have used it for 40 years recommended by my father he had a 92 Crown Vic with a 4.6 that had over 400,000 I have 2003 f-150 with 500.000 both with no engine oil leaks use with schedule oil change

Q: When you add this product in, do you need to wait till the oil is down a quart?

If using one bottle of P/N 34100 Rislone Engine Treatment 1 litre (32 oz.), it is designed to treat 4 to 6 liter's of oil, this allows you to replace a quart / liter of motor oil at oil change time. You can also use it to “top off” your system between oil changes. We do not want you to overfill the oil capacity. If using P/N 34102 Rislone Engine Treatment Concentrated it is 500mL, the full bottle can be added the same as above, do not overfill.
