It works well, and I used it to clean up my sectional. It really made it look fresh again. The only critique I have is that when I switch the on button, often my hand displaces the collection tray or the battery cover. A bit of tape does sort out the issue. Regardless, I would still buy it again.

Give your clothes new life with the Remington clothing shaver. Track pants, t-shirts, even a hat!

This is kind of fun and satisfying. I bought the Remington shaver to revive a pair of black track pants that came out of the dryer with 'nubs' of grey and white all over them... it worked fabulously well. Then I started looking around and have used it on t-shirts, sweater, even a knit hat that ended up looking brand new. Key thing is to clean it well after major projects so it stays sharp and any fluff inside the top gets removed. I find it somehow satisfying to take it apart, clean it and put it back together - so the device itself is like new again.
