Defective product
a month ago
I bought this about a year or so ago and the first month I noticed the pin on one of the rotors was missing. Then it wouldn't charge. Being in and out of hospital i was unable to do anything about it. Just realized it has a 5 year warranty. Let see if it's true.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Warranty will not be honored.

Unit worked fine until it did not. Outsourced third party company would not honor the warranty as written, do not count on the company honoring the warranty at all.
