handy to have as a record of where you've been and if anything happens.

I picked this up to use in the tractor as I have to drive on some local roads and I wanted to ensure that I was covered in the event that anything happened while out there.
It is also handy to review some of the work I've been doing on the property and see if there's something that could be done better or to see the progress being made. Can also use it to see if some wildlife happen to pass by, I can show it to my daughter who loves to see animals "in the wild".

Q: How long is the cable for the rear view camera? Could it be extended for a trailer?

A: For SKU 0350189, the extension cable between the front camera and the rear camera is 6M = 20ft. It’s hard to say whether the cable is long enough to be extended to the trailer, the customer could purchase a suitable dashboard and backup camera according to the length of his trailer.

Q: Where can we find firmware updates ? Or, at least, how can we find if there is an updated one ?

A: Honestly, I threw the camera in the garbage due to Annoying breaks in filming and constantly needing to erase old footage to keep it working. Twice I wanted to save something and both times the camera wasn’t filming at the time.

A: 1) Checking if the indicator light on the body is on. If not, please check the line connection to make sure it is powered on. 2) If it is powered on, press any key to see if the screen will be lit. If yes, please enter the screen saver in the setting menu to change the setting with instructions on Page 13 in the manual. 3) If the keys fail to light up the screen, the screen may be damaged. Q: Will it kill my battery overnight? It says to not leave in extreme temperature conditions ... what is extreme?

A: The dash camera won’t kill vehicle battery overnight. For the vehicles that do not provide electric power via the 12V cigarette socket when it shut off, the dash camera is not connected at all and no power consumed. For the vehicles that still provide electric power via the 12V cigarette socket even the vehicle is shut down, the power consuming is very low. If the battery of car is health and fully charged, it can run the dash camera for days at least. However, if the battery is the latter, we suggest to turn the camera off if you will not drive the vehicle until a couple of days later. For the temperature info please refer to below:

Q: how many minutes of recording does a 64 GB card holds

A: It will take about 6hr 53min for 64GB card, just for your reference only as the recording time based on the capacity and resolution of your memory card. Please use the class 10 version and the 64GB memory card has to formatted in this camera before using.

Q: Si l"on place à l'avant la caméra qui est faite pour l'arrière,est ce que l'image est inversée (genre coté gauche est à droite et coté droite à gauche un peu comme un miroir)...comme plusieurs systèmes donnent cet effet.C'est pour installer sur une moto.

A: There is a rear camera to be installed on the rear window ( inside the car) and it comes with bracket and sticker.The LCD screen offers split screen view to play front and rear viewing at the same time.
