A: Hi, I assume you have followed the manual and are ready to power the camera. Plug the camera power plug into your Car's cigarette lighter recepticle and turn on the ignition key to turn power on (you don't have to start the car) Then you need to program date/time etc. on your MicroSD that you should have inserted the camera slot and follow (P.6 of manual)

Q: What is the length of the cord?

A: It's quite long. I had it across the top of my window across to the passenger door and then back again to the middle of my lower dashboard where the power supply was and there was cord left over. Problem is none of the stick on devices I used would continue to hold. Didn't hold in cold or hot weather so I gave up and now it just hangs straight down.

Q: I got my reload dash cam for a xmas gift. It worked fine for a while. Now, the screen keeps going to the beginning English or Francais screen and then says must be formatted each time I turn off the car. What has happened? 2015 Ford edge vehicle.

A: There is actually a setting that can be turned off or on that automatically reminds you to format the card. Normally leave it off. This is a good camera and even though they call it 720HD it does record in 1080P. Better than the Chorteau I purchased from Amazon and probably on sale if you can find one.

Q: Mazda 3. irrelevant in this case. I love this camera but lately ( about 2 years old) the green light and the red light works well when I start the car but there is next to it a flashing orange dot. I cannot find any information about this in the manua

Q: My Reload 720 doesn't always start recording when the car is started or ignition is turned on. I end up having to pull the power cord out and plug it in again. Then it starts recording

Q: There is a fuse inside the power plug in, mine shorted and has stopped working. Nowhere in the manual does it say a replacement fuse size, so what size and amp does this dash require?
