Good product but canadian tire return policy sucks

Works as described but canadian tire return policy does not allow for refund for this item even though still brand new and unused. Wish i was told that its final sale so i did not buy extra and now unable to return.

Very convenient renewer pen.

This product is very easy to use. I only needed one of the pens to refinish the grout lines on my bathroom tile walls. It's worth noting that the tip of the pen should always be pointed downward, and you should press the tip down and release it to use the pen (but not too hard to avoid the tip retracting and becoming unusable).

Q: Two questions: is this a cleaner or some sort of paint that covers the grout? If the grout has been cleaned and scrubbed with javel water, what will the product add to the finish? Please answer both questions. Thank you.

A: Yes, the pen is like a white paint felt marker. It's a very bright white, so off colour grout won't work. The pen/paint has held up well these 4 months of cleaning with bleach and soap since I put it on. I used it to cover stains and black mold I couldn't get out. and it covered it. Not a solution as the mold comes back, but a doable for stains.
