Questions
Q: No matter how hard I press both sides of the blue button at the same time nothing happens, so the pivot mechanism doesn't work. I bought it in the spring and cannot find the receipt in order to return it. Is there a trick I can try?
a month agoA: I got the same problem. It was caused by the little spring inside the mechanism. With some twists and turns (and a lot of patience), I was able to remove the blue button and to replace the spring. It resolved the issue, but the brush wasn’t working as good. I finally ended up buying another model of brush.
