This was confirmed to fit my vehicle. It did not, and reviews / videos online confirmed that this does not fit a 2014 Sante Fe (rear window blade).

Wiper blade was okay but still a smear when used. The blade didn't wipe the window clear. Perhaps this is one if the reasons tbey are being discontinued.

Q: I cannot get the front wiper blades installed on a 2016 VW Golf with the adapter kit. The kit (tab) has two prongs that stick out and prevent it from sliding into place. Please advise.

A: Similar issue with a 2017 Golf. I ended up removing the adapter cover, removing the adapter piece, and pushing that assembly on the arm. You can then close the adapter cover. Not sure if that's how it's intended to fit but it's on there solid and I'll probably have to break the adapter to get it off.

Q: How well does this wiper blade work for a 2006 Toyota Matrix? Is there a better one you would recommend for this car? Is it easy to install?

A: these are great wiper blades and work really well , sorry i can not think of any better blades . i really like these and have not tried any others since these . i found them very easy to install .

Q: Do any of these wiper blades have metal attachment parts? I just bought new blades and in the cold, the plastic pieces broke. I'm left with a wiper that I can't mount due to plastic attachment parts...

A: Hello, the Reflex Platinum wiper blades come with plastic type vehicle adaptors, unfortunately they are not made of metal. Most blades on the market are constructed of plastic material, as this will help to prevent rusting in certain elements (also helps to resist stone chips which can cause rust). Please return your wiper blade to your local Canadian Tire store for a replacement.

A: The Reflex Platinum beam blade is an excellent choice for your vehicle, a "beam" blade works with a large variety of vehicles and is the preferred blade for vehicles with a large curvature in the windshield. For your 2011 Hyundai Tucson, you will require Reflex Platinum 24" (CTC sku #021-1876-0) for the drivers side, and a Reflex Platinum 16" (CTC sku #021-1869-8) for the passenger side. You have a "hook" arm on your vehicle, so the adaptor is pre-installed on the wiper blade, this will help to provide easy installation.

Q: Do these wipers fit proper on a 2017 VW Passat 19" passenger side? I'm reading people saying they don't fit.

A: For your 2017 VW Passat, the Reflex Platinum beam style wiper blade contains the correct adaptors and will fit your 16mm top lock wiper arm. You will require a 26" blade (CTC sku #021-1877-8) for the drivers side and a 19" blade (CTC sku #021-1872-8).

Q: My 2005 grand prix has a j hook design wiper arm... how does this product fasten to it?

A: Each wiper blade comes with a set of instructions to visually outline the installation process. Pinch the sides of the adaptor cover to open it, then slide the end of the wiper arm into the adaptor. Pull the blade upwards to secure the wiper arm into the adaptor and then close the cover. An audible “click” of the cover must be heard to ensure proper installation.

Q: does the blade just slide onto the hook or does the top piece click open to allow for the hook to slide in and then close over top? I've lost the directions and am trying to install but what seems normal is loose

A: Well I figured it out on my own....a piece at the top does come open when you press on the sides and pull and then the hook slides in and the piece clips down with an audible click to hold the blade in place.

Q: 2012 chevy sonic - Existing blades came off with push tabs on mount. No push tab attachment or adapter on packaging for this configuration? Please advise

A: The wiper arm on a 2012 Chevy Sonic does not require any additional adapters or push tab attachments. Align the wiper arm with the wiper blade adaptor, insert what looks like a hook at the top of the wiper arm into the adaptor opening, and then push the wiper arm and adaptor flat against each other. You should hear a “click” to indicate that the blade has been securely installed.

Q: I installed the reflex platinum on my vehicle, but how do you remove or uninstall it? I have the pinch style arm. I inserted the blade adapter into the opening and push it in until it "clicked". But now, how do you remove it or take it off the arm?
