The REESE Towpower easy access sleeved receiver lock and cable, earned its named because of its 360 degree rotating head, which enables the user to position the lock for easy access to the key slot. The integrated key slot cover helps protect the lock from dirt. Keys include a premium plastic grip.

10 years agoA: This braided steel cable is encased in vinyl and sealed at both ends to provide weather protection and longevity. The cable itself is not stainless steel.
