Q: I'm a bit confused here. Either this really isn't a CAT 6 cable, or the specifications listed are wrong. CAT 6 cable should be certified to support 10 Gbps (10,000 Mbps) at 250 MHz. This indicates only 1 Gbps (1000 Mbps) at 250MHz.

A: The standard transmission speed for a CAT 6 Ethernet cable is 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps). However, CAT 6 cables are also capable of supporting higher speeds, up to 10 Gigabits per second (Gbps), depending on the quality of the cable and other factors.
