Perfect size of the seat but not for the feet’s holders

The seat was perfectly fine for my 5 years old, unfortunately not for the feet holder as he couldn’t put his feet with the shoes on it, they need to improve the feet holder instead. Aware of the return policy for this children car or bike seat before buy because the store won’t accept the return.

Meh - not accessible

I bought this carrier last year, it works great however it's designed for the seat to slide on and off easily. I wanted to purchase an additional rear rack so we could have this installed on two bikes but to my amazement there is no option to purchase the specialized rear rack separately. So basically you can only get one and it's the one that comes in the package. If you want a second rack Canadian Tire requires you to purchase a whole other bike seat which is just so so wasteful.
Furthermore, the company Raleigh who makes this product does not list any contact info on their website so you can't even contact them directly to order this part. This is a major blind spot with this product, and I would recommend investing your money in just about any other bike seat that is versatile and more accessible.
Canadian Tire made no effort to address this issue despite me going in person and calling into the call center for support.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Surprisingly Impressed

This bike seat is surprisingly good quality. I was expecting something decent and safe obviously but this exceeded my expectations. I was able to switch it between a cheap mountain bike and a more expensive road easily. I’m glad it worked out because God knows if you buy something from Canadian Tire and it doesn’t work out, you’re stuck with it. They won’t take anything back. Terrible business. Good product.

Great bike seat, my child feels secure. The only thing is the brand sticker which looks from the box that it’s supposed to be branded on the bar of the bike seat. The sticker makes it look cheap, just remove it all together. It also comes with a bug shield that doesn’t seem practical as it would get in way with the limited amount of space between rider and toddler bike seat

Love it wish we bought it sooner

We Love this ! I take my 4yo (33lbs) biking often with our other kids who are now riding without training wheels and we have some amazing lengthy family rides. It was easy and quick to install on my bike.

Q: What is the minimum age or weight for this? Would it work for a baby?

A: We started using it with our 1.5 yr old granddaughter. Wouldn't use it with a baby, child needs to be able to hold on and support head and wear a helmet comfortably, and the helmets aren't light. Looking forward to the season, especially camping, as she is now 2.5 and loves to go on longer bike rides.

A: For safety reasons, please always use the rear rack that comes with the product to ensure safe use. It is not recommended to use racks from other products as they have not been tested for safety with the child seat, it may lead to serious injury.

A: Our carrier is easy to assemble (easy on). Though it is possible to remove, due to safety and security measures the product has, it is not as easy to remove as it is to install. But definitively possible assuring all security pins are back in place.
