Useless Info,

After owning for over a year it now only gives me the repair cost and will not tell me the actual code without paying for expensive subscription that I'm not confident will be worth it.

Good Product, Good Customer Service from Innova

If you are looking to get an engine code in 30 seconds from plugging it in, this is not the product for you. As you have to set up an account and pair the device to your phone. Although once you get through that (takes about 10 min) it's a nice product.
The real benefit of this product is the data monitoring and the only issue is, it's not practical to lend to someone.
I bought this as an open box item for about half price, and I tried to pair the device to my phone only to get a message that it was already paired to an account. Which meant someone bought it, used it and promptly returned it. I contacted Innova customer service and they were able to take care of it and release the tool to my account.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Pay more for way better

Now tried on two of my vehicles, yes it slowly connects and pulls a code but is secretive about it, and logging into website gives little more, still rely on google for detail on code. not trusting a subscription will give me any better especially on my phone.
No, I do not recommend this product.
