    Charger is slower than advertised. New batteries are not keeping their charge

    Works well. We fully charged the batteries after purchasing the mower, but when I went to use the mower for the first the batteries needed to be charged up again. Is this normal? Also, the batteries took longer than stated to charge back up and they did not last through my lawn cutting. So I had to wait another 40min for the batteries to recharge enough to finish the lawn mowing. I used the mower for less than 30min.
