This is a high quality, thick, durable, fitness ball and I like it. However, unless it takes time to loosen up a little and then fill with more air, the sizing is slightly less than stated on the measuring chart included in the box. Nevertheless, I kept it and enjoy stretching out on it at home. The sand definitely keeps it from rolling loosely around and adds resistance to lifting movemnts. Would purchase again.

Q: A review indicates the ball is 55cm in diameter rather than 65cm per the product description. What is the true diameter when inflated?

A: All PürATHLETICS balls have a stamped size indicated on the ball. If the ball is stamped on the Ball as 65cm then it will properly and safely inflate to that size. Pro Series PürATHLETICS balls, as in the case with this ball, are gym grade heavy duty and thicker than conventional exercise balls. As the product instructional indicates, it may require a 24 hour period for initial product stretching/setting before you can add additional air to take it to 65cm size. If the ball is stamped 55cm but somehow placed in a 65cm ball box, please return to the store for an exchange.

A: The Pro Series 65cm Ballast Ball only comes in Black, as this is the most common colour used in gyms.

Q: So the ball is 700lb anti-burst-- does that mean it has a 700lb max. capacity?

A: The 700lb burst resistant means that the ball can withstand 700lbs of weight when used correctly, be punctured by a sharp object and will not burst. It also means that it will safely withstand 700lbs of weight when used correctly, as it is a heavy duty ball.
