    waste of money

I bought this hoping it would have a clear vibrant blue glow, instead I received a white finish with a slight blue tint, which faded very shortly. It is also an expensive product in the sense that you need 1 can per rim, and even that doesnt appear to be enough. Needless to say I returned the product for something not only cheaper, but but much more effective.
