Useless after 18 months

Bought this product about 20 months ago- the first few months were great. After a year, we started having issues where the walking belt was moving irregularly and replaced the v belt. The problem has returned again but the v belt isn't the problem. Spoke with customer service yesterday and though it says not to lubricate, I was told to lubricate. Now the belt won't move while bearing weight at all. I am very disappointed.

Solid and quiet treadmill

Solid treadmill and considerably quiet , the assembly was not easy though I did it by myself , the plastic parts quality are decent though expected to be better. Overall i am happy with my purchase and everyone in my love using the new treadmill.

This is a great treadmill. It has all the basic requirements. Intuitive operation and smooth transition between speeds and heights. Also very quiet. And folds up if you need to push aside. No need to subscribe to iFit App. It is very heavy and I elected to use Canadian Tire service to deliver and set-up, that's well worth the fee.

Misleading price.

I bought this PRO_FORM Carbon TL last week. Canadian Tire does annoying thing where retailers have a huge markup and then apply a discount to get it back to its regular pricing, thus creating the illusion of a bargain ! I paid for $799.93+Tax, the receipt indicate regular price $2499.99, I save $1700.06 !! After I assembled it and find out that this Carbon TL does not come with 5" display. Is it worth $2499.99?? Can some one who responsible for pricing explain to me please. Its absolutely a misleading practice to fool customers.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Danielle We recommend two people work together to assemble this treadmill which averages about an hour and a half to complete. Q: Does the treadmill work ONLY if you have the iFit subscription?

A: I have been using the treadmill without the app. I don't intend to use the app, but you may want to know the only way it will post directly to Garmin, Strava etc. is through paid subscription. You also can't stream music through Bluetooth using the app like I was hoping. That can only be done through the auxiliary cable.

Q: Just purchased the ProForm Carbon TL. The Manual on page 17 says "the console features a selection of onboard workouts". How do I access these? I can find no way to see or use these onboard workouts. The unpaid iFIT allows you to only do a flat 400m track
