With an iFIT™ subscription (sold seperately), just connect your own smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth® to follow expert iFIT™ Trainers through thousands of outdoor workouts spanning the most beautiful locations across all seven continents. iFIT's™ intelligent fitness technology can control your treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-10 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s™ ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily by lifting the treadmill belt up and locking it in place with the pull pin. *iFIT™ experience shown. Q: Can you do interval training without the ifit subscription?
2 years agoA: You can do interval training - sort of. Without an ifit subscription, you cannot access any programs (including the interval ones). You can only use in manual mode. However, you could manually adjust your speed and incline to simulate interval training. That means you have to hit the speed up or down button as needed to adjust your speed - the treadmill will NOT do it automatically for you. The issue with that is if you are running at a high speed, you arms are going to be moving fast as well (obviously) - so one of those hands has to be used to hit the speed down button - not necessarily an easy thing to do if you are running at full speed!!
