Q: Has anyone had issues recharging the massage gun? I tried charging it with four different adapters over night and it doesn't seem to hold a charge. I love the massage gun and I don't want to return it. Thanks in advance!

A: I had the exact same issue. Loved it the handful of times it worked, then it wouldn't recharge which seems to be a fairly common issue with this product, if you do a bit of research. Emailed the company for suggestions or some action and never heard back after repeated attempts. I'm not sure how you can sell your products in reputable stores, with this kind of customer service. To be safe, my suggestion is to buy another product, given there are so many options with the popularity of massage guns these days. You just can't sell products at this price point to people and not have any accountability.

Q: Since this only comes with a cord for charging do I need a special block or can i charge with a normal iPhone block charger? Mine will come on when plugged in but won’t come on when unplugged. What am I doing wrong?

A: Leave it plugged in for 10 hours. If it works after that time good if not it is screwed.
